On stimulated generation of the neutrinos by nucleons in a magnetic field
Description
Complete probabilities of n→n+ν+ν-bar and p→n+e++νe processes in the magnetic field are calculated. n→n+ν+ν-bar process contribution into neutrino generation is evaluated as compared to conventional β-decay. In case of p→n+e++νe decay the produced neutrino spins will be oriented against the field. It is shown that in fields with B<B0 ∼3x1017 Gs induction, stationary proton decay is prohibited and its lifetime decreases rapidly with the field increase, which may sufficiently effect n-p balance of magnetic neutron stars
