Assessment of the Hydrogen deflagration effects in nuclear power plants
Description
In safety containments of nuclear plants, following an accident, an air/hydrogen explosion can occur and hazard containment integrity. HYDE-03 code has been developed to calculate the upper limit of pressure, the maximum and minimum temperatures and the mean temperature around the ignition point in the containment atmosphere after an adiabatic deflagration. Through the analysis of the thermal transient, the model laws for experiments on the safety equipment survival are obtained
