With vast increasing demand of energy consumption and shrinking resources for energy generation, this field opens a challenging task for energy productions/conservations in efficient way. The present talk will be deal with role of metal oxide (ZnO, TiO2, MoO3' etc) nanostructures in OLED's with emphasis towards low turn on voltage and better luminance properties
