Description
A review is done on the Spanish structure for medical physics and radiological protection in the medical field. A large emphasis is put on the actions taken after the radiological accident in a hospital in Zaragoza in 1990 and after for the effective implementation of European Directives 96/29/EURATOM and 97/43/EURATOM.
