Slovak Republic'S Nuclear Energy AttachÉ In Brussels

Three energy attachés work in the area of energy at the Permanent Representation of the Slovak Republic to the European Union in Brussels. One is Miroslav Zimermann, who is First Secretary for energy and nuclear safety with an emphasis on nuclear energy. We spoke to him during his visit to Mochovce on 17 February. The representation plays a central role in communications between Slovakia and European institutions. Its task is to defend and pursue Slovak positions as efficiently as possible, and to prepare regular meetings of ministers and state heads or governments – E U summits.
