Description
The article is based on an interview with Fortum's CEO, Mikael Lilius, who says that the biggest challenge this year is to spin off Fortum Oil and prepare it for listing on the Stock Exchange. The new Fortum Oil will be a highly focused refining and marketing business that should be attractive to investors. Being close to Russian oil gives Fortum Oil a strong competitive edge, which will become even stronger once the modernisation project at the Porvoo refinery is completed
