Disordering and electron transfer in NaLa(MoO4)2 monocrystals and ceramics

Description
Dependences of electric conductivity on temperature and partial pressure of monocrystal oxygen and NaLa(MoO4)2 ceramics have been investigated, numbers of ion transfer have been determined. Disordering mechanisms have been considered, assumption on the change of the type of dominating defects and conductivity with the chapge of solid solution composition on the basis of NaLa(MaO4)2 has been made
