Description
The purpose of this Act is to authorise representatives of the International Atomic Energy Agency to carry out inspections and verifications in installations in Belgium where source materials and special fissionable materials are produced, stored or used. These inspections are organised in the frame of the Agreement on verification of safeguards concluded between that Agency and Euratom. (NEA)
