Optimum fuel enrichment as seen by the operational warranty

Description
A method for the optimization of fuel enrichment is developed which on the one hand helps to avoid a too high over-enrichment, and, on the other hand, prevents penalties. The unclearness of the effective multiplication factor and of the penalty value to be expected are essential parameters enabling a statement on the optimum trust limit. (UA/LH)

Es wird eine Methode zur Optimierung der Brennstoffanreicherung entwickelt, die einerseits eine zu hohe Ueberanreicherung vermeiden hilft, andererseits aber Poenalen verhuetet. Dabei sind die Unschaerfe des effektiven Multiplikationsfaktors und der zu erwartenden Poenalenwertes wesentliche Parameter, die eine Aussage ueber die optimale Vertrauensgrenze erlauben.
