Coordinate detector DECOR for cosmic ray study at large zenith angles

Description
The wide-square coordinate detector DECOR is positioned around the Cherenkov water calorimeter SEINE; it is intended for detailed studies on spatial and angular characteristics of the multiparticle events in the cosmic rays. The facility state and certain results of the experimental series of 2001-2002 are described
