Description
Methods of X-ray diffraction analysis and dynamic magnetic susceptibility were used to investigate four Al doped RBa2Cu3O6+x monocrystals (R=Y,Gd,Eu), grown by two methods from solution in melt. Correlation of superconducting properties of crystals and defectiveness of their cation and anion sublattices was conducted with the use of percolation concepts
