Cation self-diffusion and mechanism of strontium and barium niobate synthesis
- 1. Ural'skij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Sverdlovsk (USSR)
Description
On the basis of data on cation self-diffusion, regularities of transport properties (electrotransfer, reaction diffusion) in alkaline earth metal niobates (ceramics and monocrystals) are discussed. Peculiarities of the macromechanism of interactions and sequence of phase formation during solid-phase synthesis of Sr2Nb2O7 and Sr6Nb2O11 are revealed. Mechanism of reaction diffusion during interaction of SrCO3(SrO) with Nb2O5 is suggested
