Retention of99mTc-sulfur calloid in the Kidneys

Description
A case of sulfur colloid retention in the kidneys of a patient with hepatic cirrosis and congestive cardiac failure during hepatic scintigraphy. The literature, summarizing all conditions in that this phenomenon occurs is revised and the probable mechanisms of action are discussed. (author)

Relata-se um caso de retencao renal de coloide (enxofre coloidal) utilizado para cintilografia hepatica em paciente portador de cirrose e insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva.
