The temperature dependence of the secondary ion emission from the nickel surface by the argon, oxygen and nitrogen ions irradiation is studied. The effect of the initial ions type on the behavior of the secondary ions emission in the area of the magnetic phase transition, which is explained by the properties of the near-the-surface layer, modified through the ion bombardment, is established

Abstract (Russian)

Исследована температурная зависимость вторичной ионной эмиссии с поверхности никеля при облучении ионами аргона, кислорода и азота. Установлено влияние типа первичных ионов на поведение выхода вторичных ионов в области магнитного фазового перехода, которое объясняется свойствами модифицированного ионной бомбардировкой приповерхностного слоя
