The perturbative Reggeon calculus: building Reggeon cuts from Reggeon tree graphs

  • 1. European Organization for Nuclear Research, Geneva (Switzerland)

Description

The author attempts to show how the present understanding of multi-Regge amplitudes can be put to use in the perturbation theoretical approach to the reggeon calculus. Although the results do not differ greatly from those already obtained by Gribov and collaborators, the methods used differ in the degree of generality attached to the derivation based on perturbation theory and in the emphasis placed on a prior understanding of multi-Regge analysis.
