Pebble bed high temperature reactors for obtaining oil by tertiary recovery methods. Final report. Vol. 1
Description
To produce the necessary injection steam for tertiary petroleum recovery, if oil was used as the source of energy, more than 40% of the product produced would be reused. The report in 2 volumes on the project (period of work 01.01.1986 to 29.02.1988) examines the possibility of using a high temperature reactor as the source of heat for this purpose and describes the technical basis. 1. Work on the overall concept, scheme and balances, 2. Investigation on the tritium question, 3. Alternatives for achieving the intermediate circuits, 4. Analyses of combined heat and power, 5. Zur Produktion des notwendigen Injektionsdampfes fuer die tertiaere Erdoelgewinnung wuerden - bei Einsatz von Oel als Energiequelle - mehr als 40% des erzeugten Produktes wieder verbraucht werden. Das dem in 2 Baenden vorliegenden Bericht zugrundeliegende Projekt (Zeitraum der Bearbeitung 01.01.1986 bis 29.02.1988) untersucht die Einsatzmoeglichkeit eines Hochtemperaturreaktors als Waermequelle fuer diesen Zweck und beschreibt die technischen Grundlagen. Im ersten Band werden beschrieben: 1. Arbeiten zum Gesamtkonzept, Schema und Bilanzen; 2. Untersuchungen zur Tritiumfrage; 3. Alternativen zur Realisierung von Zwischenkreislaeufen; 4. Analysen zur Kraft-Waerme-Kopplung; 5. Ueberlegungen zur Anpassung von Reaktor und Prozess. (RB)Additional details
