A microscopic description of fermion boson interaction
Description
The use of the interacting boson-fermion model to describe nuclear structure is discussed. Reduction of the large number of parameters which occur in the Hamiltonian is examined and, using the broken pair approximation, parameters for the Xenon isotopes are calculated. (U.K.)
