Study of fatigue crack growth rates in stainless steels of 18-10 type

Description
The relationship between the formation of the crack tip plastic zone and the presence of the martensitic phase is examined. Their influence on the crack growth rate is investigated. The crack tip growth rate is particularly studied as a function of the two parameters: alloy composition and applied stresses
