IR spectra of CuInSsub(2x)Sesub(2(1-x)) solid solutions
Description
IR transmission spectra of the ternary compounds CuInS2, CuInSe2 and solid solutions CuInSsub(2x)Sesub(2(1-x)) have been studied over the range from 150 to 400 cm-1. The composition dependences of the absorption bands frequencies have been built on the basis of the experimental results. IR reflection spectra for the single crystals of the above mentioned ternary compounds and their solid solutions have been studied over the range from 150 to 400 cm-1. Frequencies of the LO- and TO-phonons have been determined
