An experimental study of atmospheric diffusion in the site area of Qinshan nuclear power plant

Description
The atmospheric diffusion tests both at the site of Qinsan Nuclear Power Plant and in the wind tunnel were carried out during 1983-1986 to investigate the transport and diffusion of pollutants in the atmosphere over surrounding area of the site. This paper presents the experimental design, outline and main results of the atmospheric diffusion tests, and puts emphasis on the description of pollution meteorology characteristics under the influence of the geographic location and local complex terrain of the site
