Anomalous behaviour of structural parameters of YBa2Cu3O7 ceramics in the vicinity of superconducting transition

Description
Low-temperature X-ray diffraction investigations of single-phase samples of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7 ceramics were conducted. Anomalous temperature behaviour of latiice parameters and lattice volume was revealed in the vicinity of superconducting transition. The mentioned anomaly was related with ordering of oxygen vacancies
