Electric conductivity of C60 polymerized states
Description
Study of electrical properties of carbon modifications produced of Co60 fullerene at 1.5-10 GPa pressure and 100-1000 deg C temperatures is conducted. It is found out, that pressure-induced C60 fullerene polymerization leads to notable changes in the zone structure and electric conductivity, their character being determined by the type and degree of polymerization, depending on p, T and its realization condition. Carbon states, obtained on the base of polymolecular phases at temperatures slightly exceeding the C60 molecule temperature stability limit, manifest features of metal behaviour
