Saturated vapor pressure of some β-diketonates of aluminium, gallium, indium

Description

The temperature dependences of the saturated vapour pressure have been measured for β-diketonates of Al, Ga and In by the static method with a membrane null-pressure gauge. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔHsub(T)sup(0), ΔSsub(T)sup(0)) of the sublimation process for indium tris-(acetylacetonate) in the 162-217 deg C range are calculated to be: 2.07+-0.1 Cal/mol and 34.7+-0.2 cal/(mol, degr), respectively
