Experimental study on physical properties of molten salt fluorides as applied to molten salt actinide recycler and transmuter

Description
Results of measuring the main physical characteristics of the NaF-LiF-BeF2 melt are presented. The measurements are fulfilled for substantiation of the conception of a molten salt actinide recycler and transmutter for the spent fuel of light-water reactors. As a result the compositions are found, which are characterized by the minimum molar part of LiF (15-17%) and BeF2 (25-27%) and correspond to requirements to fuel salt for considered conception

Представлены результаты по измерению основных физических свойств расплава NaF-LiF-BeF2 в обоснование концепции жидкосолевого реактора-сжигателя актиноидов из отработавшего топлива легководных реакторов. В результате найдены составы, которые характеризуются минимальной молярной долей LiF 15-17% и BeF2 25-27% и отвечают специальным требованиям, предъявляемым к топливной соли рассматриваемой концепцииAdditional details
