The proceedings of the International Conference on Neutron Scattering in the '90s- Juelich '85, as well as other papers dealing with this problem show enormous interest in cold neutrons. Examples of the advantages of cold neutrons and the methods of obtaining very cold neutrons and ultra cold neutrons have been discussed.
