Method for the irradiation of single targets
Description
The invention pertains to a system for the irradiation of single targets with particle beams. The targets all have frames around them. The system consists of an automatic advance leading into a high-vacuum chamber, and a positioning element which guides one target after the other into the irradiation position, at right angles to the automatic advance, and back into the automatic advance after irradiation. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Bestrahlen von einzelnen Targets durch Teilchenstrahlen. Die Targets sind jeweils mit einem Rahmen versehen. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einer in eine Hochvakuumkammer fuehrenden Vorschubvorrichtung und einem Stellglied, das jeweils ein Target quer zur Vorschubvorrichtung in die Bestrahlungsposition ueberfuehrt und es nach der Bestrahlung in die Vorschubvorrichtung zurueckfuehrt.
