Estimation of cross section of quark-nucleon interaction from data on multiple production of hadrons in deep inelastic scattering of (anti)neutrino on nuclei

Description
The predictions for the average total charge of final hadrons in interactions of high energy (anti)neutrino with nuclei are obtained. From the analysis of the data on Ne nucleus the conclusion that the space-time interval of quark hadronization exceeds on an average the size of this nucleus is made. The cross section of the quark-nucleon interaction is estimated: σqN≤4.4±1.3 (mb). 21 refs.; 1 fig
