Piezoelectrical ceramic material
Description
The piezoelectric ceramics is proposed that is distinguished for its wide range of working temperatures and elevated specific piezosensitivity. The ceramics contains PbTiO3 additions at the following quantity ratio of the components: (Ksub(0.5)Bisub(0.5))TiOsub(3) - (12.64-18.63)mass. %; PbZrO3 - (46.46-68.45) mass. %; PbTiO3 - (12.92-40.90) mass. %. Introduction of PbTiO3 allows widening working temperature range up to 20-350 deg C
