Determination of the equilibrium USsub(2α) reversible USsub(2β) and variations of the electrical properties of these two sulfides as function of sulfur pressure between 600 and 10000C

Description
The variations of electrical conductivity and thermoelectric power of USsub(2α) and USsub(2β) as functions of sulfur pressure and temperature enable us to determine the equilibrium between the two phases. USsub(2α) is an electronic semi-conductor of pure n type whereas USsub(2β) is also an electronic semi-conductor but exhibiting a p-n transition
