Pairing in low-density neutron matter
Description
This paper reports the results of a microscopic investigation of 1 /sub s/ 0 neutron superfluidity in the inner crust of a neutron star. The study is prompted by current activity within the vortex-pinning theory of the post-glitch dynamics of neutron stars, which appears to be successful in correlating observed features of the extant collection of glitches and by recent advances in many-body calculational methods
