The road to offshore wind energy
Description
Wind energy onshore has its limits. A large part of the planned 3,000 MW wind power capacity in 2020 must be placed in the sea. A feasibility study of a 100 MW offshore wind turbine array near the Dutch coast is an important step in the development of offshore wind energy in the Netherlands
