Information about influence of the Mochovce NPP on the environment, April 2015

In this paper results of radiation monitoring of Mochovce NPP Units 1 and 2 are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within April 2015 were: 2.136 MBq of aerosols, 0.0259 MBq of iodine-131, 0.102 TBq of rare gases, 604 GBq of Tritium and 0.99 MBq of other radionuclides. For the period January - April 2015 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 3.732 MBq of aerosols (0.0022% of annually limit), 0.0799 MBq of iodine-131 (0.000119% of annually limit), 0.406 TBq of rare gases (0.0099% of annually limit), 3855 GBq of Tritium (32.13% of annually limit), 2.805 MBq of other radionuclides (0.255% of annually limit). Dose equivalent rates for the villages in surroundings of the Mochovce NPP in April 2015 are published. No limits set up by regulatory bodies were exceeded.
