Absorption of lower hybrid waves in magnetoactive plasma with density gradient

Description
On the base of kinetic fluctuations theory in spatially inhomogeneous magnetized plasma in the presence of lower hybrid pump one have obtain the Fokker-Plank's type collision integral in such system. The effective absorption length is calculated and it is shown that for typical thermonuclear plasma parameters it is of same order as plasma dimension that ensures effective dissipation of the HF pump power.
