Generator coordinates and random-phase-approximation
Description
Abstract The method of generator coordinates is applied to a two level model with pairing and monopole force. The harmonic approximation is investigated. By proper inclusion of the symmetries of the Hamiltonian an improvement over the usual Random-Phase approximation results.
