Neutron-diffraction refinement of Ca0.90Y0.10F2.10 solid solution structure

Description
Neutron diffraction refinement of Ca0.90Y0.10F2.10 solid solution structure is performed using the ''Syntex'' autodiffractometer as well as the Prometey program. The refined unit cell parameter is a=5.489(2)A. The results of refinement of structural parameters of the solid solution reliably prove in favour of the earlier suggested one-position model with F atom in the single additional position on double symmetry axes
