In the framework of soliton surfaces the following results are obtained: 1) construction of the nonlinear-(plane)-string-model-associated generalized ModKdV equation, 2) proof of existence of asymptotic lines and loops for string solutions, 3) finite (integrated) form of the 1-loop adding Baecklund transformation, and 4) explicit form of the N-loop string solution
