Description
In this paper it was investigated the imaginary and real omponents of the permittivity and the original continuous irradiated with a neutron flux of nano SiO2. Imaginary and real parts of the permittivity of the samples were investigated in the frequency range of 0.09 Hz - 2.26 MHz and temperatures range of 100 K - 400 K. Samples were irradiated for 20 hours with a continuous stream of neutrons 2*1011 n/cm2s. Imagionary and real parts of the permittivity of the samples were investigated before and after irradiation. Radiation effects were studied using a comparative analysis of the irradiated and non-irradiated samples. With increasing irradiation time there was an increase of polarization. Mechanism are all the effects observed during the experiments conducted
