A study on the establishment of national plan for the disposal of HLW
Description
All technical criteria related to safety, licensing procedures, and screening system of safety have been legislating for the stringent management of nuclear waste with strategic plan in our country. The construction of final repository of LLW and HLW and the intermediate storage facility of nuclear spent fuel also has been extremely encouraged. The finance for R and D and disposal activities of spent fuel, however, has not been specified yet. Therefore, the pertinent legislations to ensure R and D fund in nuclear waste disposal industry were proposed by analyzing the case of foreign country
