Description
Liquid metal technology having some advantages as compared to the other technologies is capable of producing about 100 nano-structured materials. Results of the analysis of properties of synthesized Al2O3, In2O3, Fe3O4, ZnO and other materials show wide scope of their effective application for production of the new types of ceramics, semiconductor sensors, thermal insulation, sorbents and catalysts
