The Least Cost Electricity Generation Plan is an analysis of possible developments of the Lithuanian power sector up to the year 2020. The plan takes into account changes in electricity demand, fuel prices, needs for plant refurbishment and possibilities for alternative plants; etc. and estimates the least cost option for future development.
