Hall effect and transition in ferrimagnetic amorphous Dy-Co films into the noncollinear state in strong magnetic fields

Description
Proceeding from the Hall emf measurements a conclusion is made about the existence of spin-reoriented transitions near the magnetic compensation temperature in the amorphous 3d-4f films induced by magnetic field, under investigation. The main features of these transitions are described by the theory for two-sublattice ferrimagnet. Evaluation of intersublattice interaction constant λ≅160 is performed from comparing the experimental results to the theory
