Probing the six - quark bag in the low - energy np→Dγ capture

Description
The circular polarization Pγ of γ-quanta radiated in the capture of polarized thermal neutrons by protons is discussed. The contributions to Pγ coming form radiation of nucleons, meson-exchange currents and quarks in a six-quark bag are calculated. The value of Pγ proves to be rapidly varying function of the radius r0 of the six-quark bag. Comparison to the experimental value of Pγ yields r0 ≅ 1.0+1.3 F
