Radiosensibility of some wild varieties of cotton with different chromosom number

5899 The correlation of radioresistance and seeds size in wild cotton plants has been stated. The most radioresistant turned out to be G.ssp. thurberi having extremely small seeds with stony ring. The investigation results have shown the asence of connection between radiosensitivity and the number of chromosomes of all studied wild varieties of cotton
