Application of Metz filtering in SPECT imaging reconstruction

Description

According to the minimum mean square error between the object and the image, the selection of an optimal parameter of the Metz filter is reported. The result indicate that (1) there is a significant correlation between the X parameter and the first projection counts and total counts; and (2) the Metz filter possesses the optimal filtering function and X parameter can be practically and accurately estimated from the first projection using a regression formula
