Effect of 2νz+2νx=3, 3νz-νx=2, 4νz+νx=4 resonances on betatron oscillation amplitudes
Description
The effect of nonlinear resonances on betatron oscillation amplitudes in a cyclic accelerator are investigated. The study is performed by the Krylov-Bogolyubov averaging method in high approximation. The REDUCE - 3.2 analytical programs system is applied. The sufficient conditions for betatron oscillation amplitudes finiteness under effect of these resonances are obtained in the third approximation of the JINR synchrophasotron. 10 refs
