K+-Nucleus Elastic Scattering Using a Local Potential
Description
Kaon-nucleus scattering has been analyzed using an equivalent local potential to calculate the differential elastic, total, and reaction cross sections from 2H, 6Li, 12C, 28Si, and 40Ca at kaon lab momenta ranging from 488 to 800 MeV/c. The DWUCK4 computer program was used to predict observables of kaon-nucleus scattering. Our results are successfully compared to recent data. (author)
