Application of the asynchronous electric motor with the hollow cylindrical rotor for control by a high-accuracy measuring table

Description

A digital drive system for a measuring table has been developed. It uses an asynchronous electric motor and is designed to control the measurina table of a spiral reader. The flowsheet of the measuring table electric drive is given. It comprises a control computer, a table integrator-controller, a table speed-of-movement control unit and a motor reversing control unit. The developed system of the measuring table digital drive makes possible both the positioning with the accuracy of 4-5 μm/and the displacement to great distances at a speed of 30-50 mm/s
