Description
A new procedure for evaluation of magnetic dipole moments of light atomic nuclei has been developed. The procedure presented obeys the principles of antisymmetry and translational invariance and is based on the reduced Hamiltonian method. The theoretical formulation has been illustrated by calculation of magnetic dipole moments for 2H, 3H, 3He, 4He, 5He, 5Li, 11Li, and 6Li nuclei. The calculations were performed in a complete 0(h/2π)ω basis. The obtained results are in good agreement with the experimental data. (author)
