The Carrier step in aid of the environment

The chlorofluorocarbons are responsible of the ozone layer deterioration. The european union asked the industrial to implement new refrigerants for the chlorofluorocarbons substitution. The european environmental policy forecasts their prohibition in 2008. For Carrier industry this policy has already begun with the use of the hydro-fluorocarbons.
