Effect of γ-irradiation on crystallization of cobalt base amorphous alloys

CO69, 8Fe4, 4Si14, Bsub(11.1) (1) and Co71, 2Fe6, 1Ni12, sub(4)Bsub(4.2) (2) amorphous alloy crystallization process under γ-quantum flux with the intensity of up to 3400 R/s is investigated using the method of electric resistance. The crystallization ''kinetic'' temperature (Tsub(cr.)) for alloy 1 decreases under γ-radiation effect. Linear dependence of Tsub(cr.) decrease on the radiation intensity is observed. Nieckel effect on thermal stability change in the amorphous alloy under γ-irradiation is considered. It is shown that Ni leads to Tsub(cr.) increase in alloy 2 under irradiation
